John Walch's '41 Olds

This is our 1941 Oldsmobile. We purcased the car in November of '97 then spent the winter working on it. The car has the original 6 cylinder engine and all original interior.

The original owner of the car drove it until 1963. Then the car was sold and put into storage for over 10 years until it was purchased by an Oldsmobile dealer who displayed it on the showroom for a few years. The car when we purchased it was quite a find, with an exellent original interior and 25,000 original miles.

We drove the car all last summer to shows and cruizes and won 5 trophies of seven shows. These cars can be alot of fun, both driving and restoring.
