Has anybody swapped in a Tremec 5 or 6 speed into an original auto trans 442? I have a 68 442 and need to pull the motor to fix a leaky rear main seal, figured while I was at it, I would take a look at the swap. My main concern is finding pedals. Any help or insight is appreciated. While I have all of you, how important is an engine ground strap?
